I’m 24. I didn’t understand the pain I was feeling for years , I was always told it was gout and it wasn’t serious. I was also told it could be plantar fasciitis and I needed to rest. I had to crawl around my house because I was in excruciating pain, couldn’t go out anywhere because I couldn’t stand on my feet much anymore , losing mobility in my toes , I had enough and I found this clinic . Dr. Betrus is the one that sat down with me over any doctor I was seen by and actually throughly explained what was going on and found the root to my problem. I never had surgery before and I was terrified . I needed a foot/ankle reconstruction. It took me by surprise that the pain I was in for years is now finally acknowledged, I am so relived and I can not express how nice it is to be able to have someone help , to listen and explain everything to me , even when I’d ask a whole lot of questions . I highly recommend this doctor , this place , I cannot show my appreciation enough.

He explained everything in terms that I could understand, and even took the time to take care of an issue that wasn’t even related to what I originally came in for which kept me from having to make additional appointments causing me to miss even more work. The staff was kind and made sure I was taken care of after feeling not so great after an in patient procedure, and made sure I knew what to expect once I returned home and for my upcoming, more intense, surgery. I was very pleased with my visit!

Dr Arcuri helped me immensely. I had been in pain for years, but other podiatrists either told me there was nothing wrong or there was nothing they could do. He did surgery to remove a mass in my foot. I am pain free for the first time in years.
